Shipping & Returns

Ey there! You've made a smart choice by deciding to buy some of my amazing art prints. I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase, so let's go over my shipping and return conditions.
Shipping
I ship my art prints all over the world! Shipping rates and delivery times might vary depending on where you are and what you've ordered. But no worries, I'll give you an estimated delivery time when you place your order.
If you're an international customer, you might be responsible for customs and import duties, which are like taxes that vary from country to country. I'm not responsible for those charges, and they're not included in the price of your order.
Returns
If you're not doing a happy dance with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I'll do everything in my power to make things right.
Just remember, I can only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and haven't been damaged or altered in any way. And let's be real, I can't accept returns on custom orders - I put my heart and soul into making that just for you!"
If you decide to return your order, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once I receive your return, I'll give you a refund for the price of the item minus any shipping charges.
Please allow me 3-5 business days to process your refund. That should give me enough time to dry my tears and to make arrangements to get it back from you. Once I've received the artwork in its original, unaltered condition, I'll issue your refund. Thanks for understanding!
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order gets lost or messed up during shipping, please let me know right away. I'll work with you to fix the issue and get you a replacement item faster than you can say "Oh Dear!"
If your order gets lost or damaged because of something outside of my control (like a zombie apocalypse or some carrier's incompetence), I might not be able to replace the item or give you a refund. But let's be real, how often does that happen?
